K&K Custom Green Homes, LLC was established in 2013 with the dream of building homes to enhance comfort and lifestyle, amplify nature and maximize value.  Steven Kieschnick, owner, has been a part of the construction industry since his high school days helping his father, who founded Kieschnick Construction, on jobsites during summer breaks and weekends.  He has enjoyed the construction industry since his high school years and hasn't looked back. 

While living in Dallas and attending college to earn a degree, Steven co-owned a construction company, 4G Homes, for many years.  Several of the homes they built in the mid to late 80's were featured in the Dallas Homes Tour.  He moved back to Giddings and once again joined his dad and uncle, Kieschnick Construction Inc, for a few years.  Steven wanted to focus more on the 'green energy' movement, so he along with partners Eric Pesak and Bubba Schneider, created KP&S Construction, Inc in 2005.  They joined the Home Builders Association and expanded their knowledge on how to build the best energy efficient 'green home' possible.  "We define value as a blend of excellent design with appropriate materials that are installed with superior craftsmanship.  We utilize a collaborative approach which yields extraordinary customer service and superior construction supervision, resulting in an exceptional home."
